Rooms disgusting, no hot water, bed stained, no tv remote, window frames rotten, carpets threadbare, room smelled of dog wee, abusive drunk shouting and swearing in reception.

I would've given more if it was not for the fact that after getting back to our room at 2 am we were faced with a party going on which went on to 3 am and ended up in a fight with police being called. Bedding clean & bathroom could do with a tidy up.
Also when we approached the staff about all the smashed glass in the carpark there seemed to be no concern about cleaning it up. I felt very unsafe with what went on

Stayed here for 10 days as I was working in Grantham. The place could definitely do with some TLC, however staff were friendly and would stay here again.

Turned up late at night with my daughter for my pre booked and paid for from at the hotel to be met by darkness and 2 very rude, scruffy men refusing g to allow us in as the hotel was being “refurbished” I asked what me and my daughter was to do at this time of night with no where to stay to only be told in an aggressive manner and raising of a voice that we could not stay there “legally” offered no other help only aggression. Absolutely disgusting, the men’s behaviour towards us was appalling. This hotel needs to rethink its staff and customer service

Booked through Expedia and paid for our stay. We travelled over two hours to this hotel to get there and the doors were locked. There was a number on the door which said to ring if door was closed which we did. To then find out that the hotel had been closed down for a year BUT they were still taking bookings and payments through many different booking sites! The number they gave us to call was for a hotel called the urban hotel which was in Grantham too. They was useless and told us it was nothing to do with them and we wouldn’t be receiving a refund or a room for the night even though their number was the number to call. Avoid both hotels at all costs. Customer service from the Urban Hotel was awful which is the hotel you have to contact regarding your stay at the Eden House Hotel.

Stayed at the Eden house hotel last night it a little tied but would definitely stay again. Breakfast was lovely. Thanks to all the staff a special thanks to the lady who looked to do everything

Decor terrible run down and shabby. Do not go by the pictures on booking.com as they are nothing like what you get. Bed hard train went past my window every 20mins ish and the bathroom floor was uneven and loose floorboards. Would deffinatly find another hotel to stay at in Grantham..... Staff friendly thought that's the only upside.....

Do not stay here! Mould everywhere. Building falling apart. Rats and maggots living in the bins at the back. Actual worms living on the kitchen floor! On top of all this. They don't even pay their staff! An absolute disgrace.
